Returns and Exchanges Policy

We value customer satisfaction and apply specific return and exchange conditions to provide a seamless shopping experience.

Return Conditions

The purchased product cannot be returned. However, returns are accepted if the product has a defect caused by us. In case of any issues, you can send it to us within 3 days from the delivery date of the cargo, along with its invoice. Necessary action will be taken in cases deemed appropriate after review.

📌 Note: There are no exchanges or returns for discounted products. 

Exchange Conditions

Customers requesting an exchange must send the product to us within 3 days from the delivery date of the cargo, unused, with its tag not removed, in its original packaging, and with its invoice. The exchange process begins after product inspection.
